CC Electronics aims to offer you a wide variety of products from a huge number of manufacturers. We are solely an online business which means less overheads and great savings for you.  In an effort to maintain our low prices we do ask that our customers use email as their main form of contact to minimise costs to both us and our customers.  We are an 100% Australian owned and operated.  We are a registered business ( ABN: 53307115375) and we are located in Goulburn NSW.

Our Pricing

We maintain minimal mark up on our products to pass the savings on to our customers.  All prices advertised on our site include GST and because we are an Australian Registered Business this means if you are travelling overseas within 30 days of purchase you can reclaim the GST component at the Airport. 

Our Products

Our Web Site is updated weekly to ensure you have the most up to date information available.  Some products are directly imported by CC Electronics and it is for this reason we can offer them at such a discounted price.  The products are not inferior in anyway, they are always brand new and compatible with Australian standards.  We supply the Australian adaptors for your AC Chargers and again these adaptors comply with Australian standards.  We also source stock from within Australia and these products are indicated by AUS Stock next to the item description. How to Order

It is easy to complete your shopping directly through our site.  You are issued a unique log on for your own account.  This account is not visible to others and your personal information is used by CC Electronics for the sole purpose of completing your orders and for marketing.  If you are uncomfortable with entering your personal information and credit card details you are more than welcome to call 1300 724 946 and one of our friendly sales staff will take your phone order manually.  Please be aware that you may be contacted by our staff to verify your order, this is to reduce Credit Card Fraud.  We will not ask you any information about Credit Card numbers etc, however the information sought will be of the nature that only the Authorised Card holder will know.

Flexirent

CC Electronics are proud to offer our valued customers Flexirent.  Flexirent offers you the flexibility and affordability to purchase your electronic needs with set monthly payments.  No deposit finance for your new digital camera, lens, computer, laptop, mobile phone or a combination of any product from our store over the sale price of $500.00.  Flexirent also offers extended warranty and accidental warranty for all repairs that are not covered under manufacturers normal warranty conditions.

How To Apply

Flexirent will approve your purchase to the exact amount of your order, including delivery.    Don't forget you can combine any products to your order, for example if you are in the market for a digital SLR camera then add this to your cart, then choose your accessories, lens, digital memory, camera bag, tripod and filters.  Once you complete your shopping choose the offline payment option and a total invoice amount will be listed for you including GST and delivery.  If your order comes to a total of $1397.86, this is the amount you will be approved for, Flexirent do not round up the amount and your contract is for the exact invoice total.

Finally you will need your pre authorisation number from Flexirent.  The whole process for approval from Flexirent takes around 10 - 15 minutes in one simple phone call.

Payment Options

·        Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) Australian Credit Cards Only.  We will not accept International Credit Cards for payment.  Orders paid for by an International Card will be cancelled and the Card will be refunded.  We take Credit Card fraud very seriously and any attempt by a person to use unauthorised cards will be reported to the Australian Federal Police.

Please note:  When you are paying for your order via Credit Card the bank has authorised the transaction and the funds are placed on hold for clearance.  We do not receive your payment until around 3-5 business days.

Orders are not processed until cleared funds are received.

Delivery Times

Most items will take between 5 – 10 business days to reach your destination.  The exception to this is when the item has SAME DAY SHIPPING on the site and therefore you will receive your item between 1 – 3 business days depending on your chosen method of delivery.  Delivery times quoted are approximate only, CC Electronics cannot accept any responsibility for any shipping delays that are out of our control.

Shipping Details

You can track your order online at any time.  If you have chosen Star Track as you shipping method you will receive an email stating your tracking number and status of your delivery.  Australian Post items are always registered and you are able to track your RP number once it has been scanned by Australia Post in the State of delivery.  This may take a few days to appear on their web site.  We also offer a Drop Shipping service which is a service that delivers your item directly to you from our suppliers.  Our suppliers are both overseas and within Australia.  If your item is imported you will not be charged any further taxes or Import fees.  These are covered by CC Electronics.  Delivery methods from our suppliers in FedEx, DHL and EMS.  If your item is Drop Shipped than your invoice will be emailed to you separately.

Information on general usage and any optional personal details you provide to us may be used for internal administrative purposes or to provide you with enhanced features. The following are details of the information we collect:
